Everyone starts with the same dough. Teams work in parallel. At the end we judge the results: thickness of the sheet, aesthetics of the shapes, how the teams worked together and the waste they've made.
There's a reason for this format. Cooking together is pleasant and forgettable. A challenge with a verdict gives people something to talk about on Monday, and it puts the quiet ones and the loud ones on the same footing; nobody's job title helps them roll a better sheet.
Two ways to do it
Where
The full workshop: everyone makes pasta by hand, teams compete, we judge the results. Drinks and Italian snacks throughout. Everyone boxes up the pasta they made and takes it home. From €30 per person
At our partner’s location: Rotterdam, Juffrouw van Zanten Rotterdam West. Everything ready when you arrive. Up to 15 people.
At your office: we bring the whole lab to you. All we need is tables, a tap and a kitchen if you want to enjoy a meal.

Same workshop, then we cook what you made and sit down to eat it together, with wine. Not a catered dinner; you eat your own production, family style, at one long table. From €50 per person
Bigger group and still want to sit down and eat? Tell us, above 15 we bring an extra pair of hands and quote it separately.
